Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts
3411 Semmes Ave. Richmond, VA 23225
Saturday, November 23, 2019; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
We’re very happy to have you as a participant in this event and hope it is an enjoyable time for you. The event benefits Patrick Henry School to purchase a major piece of playground equipment. Currently, a piece of equipment is in disrepair and can no longer be used. This is a huge unanticipated expense which the school is committed to fundraising. The playground is not only the school playground but a community playground available to all who wish to use it.
The entire amount (100 percent) of the vendor registration fees will be donated to the school to help with this purchase. Vendors will keep all of their sales proceeds from the event. A donation jar will be available on-site for customers and vendors who wish to contribute to the school.
This is a rain or shine event. In the case of extreme weather, check the Woodland Heights Civic Association website for the event status.
This is a fundraising event. Your registration fee is non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Only items made by the registered vendor may be sold at the show.
We ask that you not share a table with another vendor unless each of you has paid the full registration fee.
Remember to bring your table(s) and chair(s). UPDATE: An 8′ table will be provided to vendors who sign up after October 15. These vendors will be located on the second floor of the school. Signage and promotion of vendors on the second level will be provided.
Doors will be open at 8:00 am on Saturday for vendors to begin setting up in the cafeteria and on the second floor. You may park in front of the school to unload but then please move your car behind the school or on the street. The school is accessible by way of a ramp at the front door and upon entering, the cafeteria is immediately on your left. You are asked to have your display fully set up by 9:50 am.
Complimentary coffee provided by Crossroads and donuts will be available for vendors prior to the start of the show. YUM!
You are asked to remain with your display fully set up for the entire length of the show, 10 am – 2 pm. Kindly clean up the space around you when you leave.
You are responsible for your own sales transactions. Be prepared with enough money to make change for the cash sales. There is Wi-Fi service in the cafeteria.
If your application and fee is received after all spaces are filled, you will be given the option to be placed on the waiting list. If a space does not become available, your registration fee will be refunded unless you choose to donate it to Patrick Henry School.
If you must cancel out of the show, please let us know as soon as possible as we will attempt to fill the space.
Help us advertise this event to your friends by word of mouth, social media, downloading copies of the flyer from the website and distributing throughout the community. All of us working together will help make this event a great success for each other and for Patrick Henry School. Thank you again and we look forward to being with you on Nov 16!
