VENDOR GUIDELINES

The Woodland Heights Makers Day Committee is thrilled to return to Patrick Henry School of Science & Arts (PHSSA) for our 2024 event. Thanks to local artists, our community shoppers, and sponsors, our previous shows have been fun, successful, and exciting. 500+ shoppers have attended each previous event!

This is a rain or shine event.

Registration fees are donated to PHSSA and are non-refundable.

Doors will be open at 8:00 a.m on Saturday for you to begin setting up.  You may park in front of the school to unload, but please do not set up your exhibit until you move your car and park behind the school or on the street. We don’t want to block other vendors from unloading and want to assure adequate and convenient space for patrons.  You are asked to have your display fully set up by 9:50 a.m. 

You will have an assigned 5′ x 6′ vending space; please check with volunteers when you get to the school to locate it. All vendors must supply their own 6′ tables, table covers, and chairs. If you need additional room, you may reserve two (2) adjacent spaces. 

If you are selling large items, please notify katgraham@comcast.net so we can plan for your space needs.  

You are asked to remain with your display fully set up for the entire length of the show, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Please clean up your space and the area around you before leaving.

You are responsible for your own sales transactions. There is WiFi service available! Be prepared with enough money to make change for the cash sales.
