Report downed communication lines

If you come across a downed Verizon or Comcast communication line in the neighborhood (or anywhere in the 5th District), please fill out this google form to report it for repairs.

Even if a downed line isn’t actively sparking, always assume it is carrying electricity. Stay at least 30 feet away from any downed power line, and don’t go near the pole or anything touching the line. Call 9-1-1 or report it as a Dominion line by calling 866-366-4357.
