The 11 a.m. – 12 Noon meeting will include:

  • Gathering donated canned food items.
  • Treasurer’s Report: A review of the WHCA finances and a request for funding for the December 14th neighborhood holiday event with caroling, the RVA Express train, and more, at Fonticello Park.
  • Board Elections: A review of the President and Secretary roles open for election, followed by nominations and elections. If you are interested in volunteering for either role, please email president@woodlandheightsrva.org for more information and to share your nomination.
  • Community Updates.

At 12 Noon, we’ll adjourn to the parking lot for firepit fun with s’mores and hot chocolate. Hope you’ll join us!
